How long does my order take?
Customized orders typically take:
Design: 2–3 days
Production: 2–3 days
Shipping: 4–7 days (domestic)
Total estimated time: 8–12 days
Can I cancel my order?
Standard Orders
Standard (non-customized) orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.
Customized Orders
Customized orders follow a different process due to the design work involved.
Before design work begins: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund (within 2 hours of purchase)
After design work has begun but before production starts: Orders may be cancelled for a partial refund, with a $15 design fee deducted.
After production has started: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, cancellation windows are limited.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping address changes are possible only before production begins (within 2hours for standard items).
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- order number
- photos of the issue
- description of the problem
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Do you accept returns?
Customized items cannot be returned.
Standard items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
International shipping times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on destination.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
