Orders move through three stages:
1. Design Processing (Customized Orders Only)

2. Production Time
Once the design is approved, items enter production through our print partners.
Production typically takes 2–3 business days.
3. Delivery Time
Shipping typically takes:
Domestic: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping conditions
Customized Orders
Some of our products include a personalized design created specifically for you. Because each design is unique and made to order, the process works a little differently from standard items.
Custom Design Process
Personalized items are created through a simple step-by-step process to ensure your design looks just right before production.
1. Place Your Order
Complete your purchase through our store.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
2. Submit Your Photo.
Reply to the confirmation email with one clear front-facing photo within 24 hours of placing your order.
Photo guidelines:
- Front-facing portrait
- Good lighting
- Face clearly visible
- One person per photo
Providing a clear photo helps us create the most accurate illustration.
If a photo is not submitted within 24 hours, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
3. Design Creation
Our team will create a custom design and send a mockup based on the photo you provided.
You will receive a design preview within approximately 2 days.
Personalized illustrations are simplified character interpretations and are designed to capture general features rather than exact photographic likeness.
4. Review and Confirmation
Once the preview is sent, you will have 24 hours to review and confirm the design.
Please check the design carefully before approval.
5. Revision Request
If needed, you may request one revision to adjust the design.
Examples of acceptable revisions include:
- Minor adjustments within the design template
Major redesigns or additional revisions may not be possible.
6. Finalization and Production
After the revision (if requested), the design will be finalized and prepared for production.
You will have 24 hours to confirm the final design.
If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the design will be automatically approved and sent to production in order to avoid delays.

Order Cancellation
Because our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand production process, cancellation windows are limited.
Customized Orders
Before the design is created
You may cancel your order for a full refund.
After the design has been created but before final confirmation
You may cancel your order for a partial refund.
A $15 design fee will be deducted to cover the design work already completed.
After final confirmation
Once you confirm the design and it enters production, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Standard (Non-Customized) Orders
Standard items that do not include personalization may be cancelled before the order enters production (within 2 hours)

Once production has started, cancellation or refund may no longer be possible.
Taxes
Sales tax may apply depending on your location and local regulations.
For customers in the United States, sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
For international customers, additional taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply depending on your country’s import policies. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Updating Orders
Because our products are made to order, updates to orders may only be possible within a limited time window after purchase. (usually within 2 hours after purchase)
If you need to modify your order (size, color, or product), please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order enters production, modifications may no longer be possible.
