Customized Orders
Before the design is created You may cancel your order for a full refund.
After the design has been created but before final confirmation, You may cancel your order for a partial refund.
( A $15 design fee will be deducted to cover the design work already completed. )
After final confirmation, Once the design is confirmed and it enters production, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Standard (Non-Customized) Orders
Standard items that do not include personalization may be cancelled before the order enters production (within 2 hours)
please send us order cancellation email to veya.customerservice@ve-ya.com within 2 hours from order.
Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
