Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after production

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after production

Some international orders may take longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Occasionally, shipping carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” before it has actually arrived. In some cases, the package may still be out for delivery and can arrive within the next few business days.

We recommend waiting up to 4 business days after the tracking status shows “Delivered.” During this time, please check around your delivery location, including:

  • Nearby entrances or mailrooms

  • With neighbors or household members

  • Your building’s front desk or package area

If 4 business days have passed and you still have not located your package, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Please note that Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the recipient. If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

At this time, we are not able to process automatic reshipments or exchanges for packages marked as delivered. If a carrier claim is approved and a refund is issued, a new order may be placed.

Shipping address updates are possible only before production begins.(usually within 2 hours for standard items)

If you need to change your shipping address:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order number.
  2. Provide the correct address.

If production has already started, we may not be able to update the address.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, we unfortunately cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
