Return Policy

Customized Items

All customized or personalized products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for personalized items unless:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item was delivered

If one of these issues occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.

Standard Items

Non-customized items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Once return is requested, a return address will be delivered by email.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • description of the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if the problem is confirmed.

Domestic and International Returns

Return eligibility applies to both domestic and international orders.

However:

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return transit times may vary depending on the country
